A : Our factory locates in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. Can be fly to Guangzhou Air Port, then go to Guangzhou Railway Station, transfer to Changpin, Dongguan, we will pick up in Dongguan City. Welcome to visit us.

A : Yes, we can provide OEM service for color, package and logo according to your needs.

Q6. What’s your payment terms?

A : Standard terms: T/T in advance and west union. Also L/C at sight is acceptable for large amount.

Q7. What’s the warranty service do you offer?

A : We offer 12months for control box and 3 months for handpiece.

Q8: How do your factory do regarding quality control?

A : Quality is 1st priority. We always attach great importance to quality controling from raw material to shipping.

Q9. How long a sample order takes? How about bulk order ?

A : Sample order: after received sample payment, we will sent to you within 3-7 working days.

Bulk order: Usually takes 7-20 working days after confirmed payment.

Q10. How do you ship the order normally?

A : For large qty order, ship the goods by sea.

For small qty order, by air or express. We supply optional express for you, including DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TXT, EMS, ARAMES and so on.
